Tropicana is our flagship lawn and is built for scale. The unique scale at which it is built allows for multiple event layouts, thereby providing a unique touch to each event. With a capacity to host 4000 people at a time, Tropicana provides a venue that is fully managed, accessible and spacious.\n Tropicana is a designer’s delight as it allows for them to be completely flexible with their layouts of the lawn, ie., all 90,000 sft area of the lawn.

Greenery at Scale

Tropicana features a direct access to the venue from the parking. The venue is built to cater a to large gatherings and to protect the privacy of your guests who are staying with us at the resort, we have direct access to Tropicana from the parking area.\n Guests attending events can directly enter the venue from the spacious and fully built car park without needing to access the central promenade or the resort altogether.

Overlooking the central promenade, the Banquet is our majestic central structure that not only completes our pathway and elevational design, but also provides a perfect central hub for all your event needs. From hosting a lunch to organising a wedding, our banquet is the most versatile event venue in our resort. With a capacity of 700 pax, the Banquet is large enough for you to host almost any kind of event.\nThe banquet features a dedicated pre function space, carpeted floor with a dedicated entrance for your service providers. So your guests can enjoy a dedicated entrance that is designed just to welcome them. And our acoustic ceiling ensures that echo is never a problem with your indoor event.\nThe banquet is located conveniently between our A & B blocks which allows for easy connectivity to guests staying in the resort as well as during the monsoon season. The structure is the middle of the central promenade and has partial views of Tropicana and Exotica for a warm and lush green experience.

Semi-open by design, the pre function space serves as a perfect gathering space for your guests before the main event. The semi-open design allows for an efficient air circulation which provides a breezy ambience for your events.\nThe pre function space is furnished with state of the art materials in a contemporary design and the suspended chandeliers provide a well rounded and complete look to the area. And the surrounding landscape add softness to an otherwise majestic structure for a balanced design.

Food is an essential part of any event. With that in mind, we’ve built a dedicated food area for the banquet. This translates to an even larger and fresher banquet space for your event and cleaner food services. The food area is further split into two spaces - an air conditioned hall for mobile services and a semi open area for live food items. Set along the central promenade of the resort, it offers you a host of facilities including a submerged bar, dedicated space for rain dance and sit-outs with sun loungers and patio style furniture to provide you with absolute luxury.\n Built over a generous space of 30,000 sft., Bird of Paradise is the largest poolside across any hotel in the state and the only pool to feature a modern euro-edge design.\n Glide through blue waters under a dazzling blue sky and lap up spectacular views as you recline on our loungers as you witness a gorgeous sunset with ambient music and delightful hospitality.

The breath-taking celebration island is a stand out feature of our pool and is a perfect separation point for the kids’ pool and the main pool.\n Accessible via a stone bridge, you can celebrate your life’s best moments on the celebration island, surrounded by water with our designer water curtain on either sides of the island.

Events at Exotica are picturesque in themselves. With balanced greenery, refreshing and colourful blooms all around you, the pretty sights of Exotica are created keeping candid photography in mind.\n Square in shape by design, Exotica is surrounded by artistic landscaping from all sides whilst keeping the lawn open for flexibility in the centre. It is designed in a way that allows for minimal decor and yet, provide an unparalleled experience.\n Exotica is located next to Bird of Paradise and is accessible via the Entrance Plaza from the central promenade, thereby providing a majestic entrance to the lawn and a perfect location and view to enjoy your events.

Intimate & Cozy

Nestled between our B Block and Bird of Paradise, Exotica provides a sweeping panoramic view of our signature poolside and the stunningly built Entrance Plaza. This allows your events to have a cool and crisp ambience and a wholesome atmosphere.\n If you’re hosting a wedding here, Exotica faces the poolside on the east, thereby providing a perfect face to the mandap. After all, it’s the little details like these that matter.
